26 years old, Female. She suffers from chronic headache, and has medicine for headache one time in a month. This time, she took two days off for her work by strong headache and she had neck and arm pains in addition of headache.

The tension of muscle at posterior head was strong and No. 1 cervical vertebrae did not move well.
