54 years old, Male. From 3 weeks ago, he had strong pain around scapula and right shoulder joint. He went to orthopedics and received X-ray examination, then he was diagnosed that the distance between No. 4 and 5 of cervical vertebrae was narrowed. Upon first diagnosis, many pressure pain was found at cervical vertebrae, specially he had strong pain even by touching over around C1 to C3.
