Upon first diagnosis, she felt strong pain even though her shoulder was just touched. Specially, strong pain around supraspinatus muscle. As there was inflammation at supraspinatus muscle, treated there by cooling down. Also, stiffness of fatigue muscle are found around pectoralis major and broadest muscle of back, then we perform muscle manipulation and stretching, and expand her joint movable area gradually. By 4th treatments, improved her joint movable area and disappear her pain.
